Acceptable Use Policy

Don't do this

• Anything illegal under applicable law.
• SMS-based phishing, fraud, or smishing campaigns. We will terminate with cause and report.
• Automated mass account creation.
• Reverse engineering, weight extraction, scraping our data, or attempting to bypass technical controls.
• Hosting credentials you don't have authorization to manage.
• Using inbound SMS retention to log content unrelated to legitimate 2FA flows.

Reporting abuse

If you believe a Kaito account is being used to abuse you or others, email abuse@kaito.io. We respond within 24 business hours.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy. We prefer to warn and remediate; we do not hesitate to terminate when the violation is severe.
